What began as selling baked goods at farmers markets led to opening To Your Health Bakery in Winston-Salem in 2017 — a shop devoted to gluten-free and allergy-friendly creations. In 2024, Anna competed on Food Network’s Spring Baking Championship, strengthening her desire to return to her Greek roots with fresh energy and elevated flavors.
Every pastry and loaf from our kitchen is crafted with intention, heritage, and premium ingredients — always with the goal of creating connection. We cannot wait to share this journey with you.
